It's easy and convenient to open a store with us. To begin signing up for an account, Please carefully fill your information; the fields marked with an asterisk are mandatory.

Your information needs to be accurate in order to process your payments. On the web site field you would enter any other existing website you have, that is related to us. Submit all you information when ready, and wait for a confirmation email you will receive in a few minutes. You can then activate your account by following the link. It's as easy as that, within 5 minutes you have a store!! You can now login into the member's page with your user name and password, and start your store.

You now have access to all the members' features:

1. My Stores: From here you can manage all your stores. You can create a number of stores with different selections that will emphasize different products, or target different audiences, a great way to cross-sell, promote and up sell merchandise, and make more money.
   Your stores can be of two kinds:

   • Default Store — which will have the affiliate assigned a URL, the format being
     http://ra.(your_affiliate_ID).retailadult.com

     To create a default store, you will get assigned your URL, enter the desired name for your store, and choose the discount rate you will like to offer.
     You will then need to select the templates you would like to use and the categories of products you want to sell. If you would like to browse the items for these categories, please visit:
     http://store.retailadult.com

   • Custom Domain store — which will have your own registered domain pointed to our DNS servers (technical support would assist you as to how to do this)

     To create a custom domain store, the process is the same, except you will need to have your own domain registered and pointed to our dns servers.
     Our dns servers are ns1.dhome.com and ns2.dhome.com

     ***You can create one default store and multiple custom stores****

     Once you have created your store, you have a menu of choices (under the 'Actions' menu) to modify your store, update your logo (logos will need to be approved after submission) and then it will show in your store. Bear in mind the logo has size and format specifications. Until your logo is approved (normally within 24 hours) the Vixeo logo will be displayed.
     You can also set the status of your store online or offline if required. However, this doesn't apply if the status is changed by us for non-compliance or another reason.

2. Statistics and Reports: You can view here, a detailed description of your stores figures:

   • Visiting reports shows the number of hits, that your store(s) received within a described period of time. This allows you to monitor traffic.
   • Order detail reports give you an itemized description of the orders placed.
   • Commission reports will give you information as your current earnings, or the earnings within the selected range.

   The current commission percentages are: 60% for the webmaster, 5% for sub affiliates

   ** To select a report for one particular day, both From and To dates will need to have the same date selected.

4. Edit My Account Details: You can update your information from here.

5. Change my password: If you require it, you can change your login password.

6. System News: Here you can find all updates on Vixeo, what's new, coming features, etc.
